TEST ENVIRONMENT — not the Rosse Engraving shop. Payments use Square Sandbox test cards only; no real money moves and nothing here is made or shipped.

Now taking Christmas orders — place small orders by December 8 and larger orders by the end of November to guarantee completion before Christmas.

Bulk & business

Same mark, a hundred times over.

Logo tumblers, business cards, staff gifts, customer thank-yous. Consistent from the first piece to the last, with a proof to approve before anything gets cut.

How a bulk order runs

Four steps, no surprises.

Bulk work takes longer than a one-off because the materials have to be ordered in. Here’s exactly how it goes, so you can plan around it.

01 — QUOTE

You request a quote

Tell us the item, the quantity and the artwork. We price it out and send it back in writing.

02 — DEPOSIT

50% deposit

Once you accept your order agreement, half the total is due before materials are ordered. That's what lets us buy the materials. The deposit is refundable until required materials are ordered; once they are, it is generally non-refundable. The remaining balance is due after the order is completed.

Once your order agreement is accepted, a 50% deposit is due before materials are ordered. The remaining balance is due after the order is completed. Pay by cash, cheque, e-Transfer, bank transfer, or Square/card.

03 — MATERIALS

Materials ordered

We order after the deposit clears. Bulk materials generally take around 2–3 months to arrive.

04 — PRODUCTION

Engraved & ready

Once the materials land, the run is normally finished within one business week. Pickup in Bow Island or shipped out.

Bulk works differently from a normal order. Regular shop orders and one-off custom work are paid in full before engraving begins. Bulk needs a 50% deposit once you accept the order agreement, before materials are ordered, because they are bought in specially for your run. Pay by cash, cheque, e-Transfer, bank transfer, or Square/card.
Plan ahead for dated events. If you need branded items for a specific date — a golf tournament, an anniversary, a conference — get in touch early. The 2–3 month materials window is the part nobody can rush. Timings here are estimates, and we'll give you a realistic date with your quote.

Common bulk jobs

What businesses usually ask for.

Logo tumblers

20 oz tumblers with your logo — the first cup is $45, every cup after is $30, with 5% off 25+ cups and 10% off 50+. The usual choice for staff gifts and customer thank-yous because people actually keep them.

Business cards

Engraved business cards in any quantity — $1.10 Simple / $1.35 Detailed each from 100 cards, with an extra 5% off from 200.

Gifts & recognition

Keychains, coaster sets, service awards and retirement gifts — and anything else, just ask. Engraved with names, dates and your logo.

Priced per run

Volume savings in the shop apply automatically. For a bigger run or anything custom, the fastest way to a real number is to ask for a bulk quote.

Questions

Before you ask.

What counts as a bulk order?

Anything large enough that we have to order materials in specially rather than pull them off the shelf. If you’re not sure which side of the line you’re on, just ask — we’ll tell you when we quote it.

Why is a 50% deposit needed?

Bulk materials are bought specifically for your order, in your quantity, often with a long lead time. The deposit covers that purchase: it is refundable until the required materials are ordered, and generally non-refundable once they are. Once your order agreement is accepted, a 50% deposit is due before materials are ordered. The remaining balance is due after the order is completed. Pay by cash, cheque, e-Transfer, bank transfer, or Square/card.

Why do materials take 2–3 months?

That’s the supplier lead time on bulk quantities, not our production time. Once the materials arrive, the engraving itself is generally done within one business week.

Can I see a sample before the full run?

You’ll always approve a to-scale proof before anything is cut. If you want a physical sample piece first, mention it in your quote request and we’ll work out what’s possible.

Is there a setup fee on a bulk order?

No separate setup fee — artwork prep is included in the quoted price. For business logo tumblers it’s built into your first cup ($45); every cup after is $30, and reorders with artwork we already have on file are $30 a cup.

Can I reorder the same thing later?

Yes. We keep your artwork on file so repeat runs can stay consistent, though natural materials may vary — and logo tumbler reorders are $30 a cup. Lead times still depend on material availability.
