Is there a setup fee?
No separate setup fee — artwork prep is included in the price. For business logo cups it’s built into your first cup ($45); a one-off custom cup is $42 all-in. Reorders with artwork we have on file are $30 a cup.
How long does it take?
Turnaround is an estimate and varies by order — many in-stock orders are ready in as little as 1–2 days. Your order agreement includes a specific date.
Can I supply my own tumbler?
Often, yes — we’ll confirm the item is suitable before accepting the job. Send the details through the quote form and we’ll quote the engraving.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
5% off 25+ cups, 10% off 50+.
